A new God of War game will be coming to PlayStation 3, it has been revealed. Sony will announce the title during its E3 press conference later today, according to Forbes.
Described as a '3D adventure', the game will feature either stereoscopic 3D support or environments that will be fully explorable.
God of War 4 was recently rumoured to be in development for release in 2012.
Three God of War games were released in 2010; God of War III and God of War Collection on PlayStation 3, and God of War: Ghost of Sparta on PSP.
Starhawk, Twisted Metal, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One and Resistance 3 have also been confirmed for showings at Sony's conference tonight.
Sony's E3 2011 conference will start today at 1am BST / 10pm EST / 5pm PST.
