What this Program Offers
Free website that lets you put together your own personal eating plan either with or without your individual genetic makeup.An easy way for you to ensure that you’re getting 100% of your dietary needs!Adjusts for weight gain or weight loss goals.Incorporating Your Genetics
If you are interested in incorporating your genetics into this personalized guidance program, you will need to submit one tube of blood taken on 2 occasions, one tube before you start and again 2 months later. You will also need to record online on 12 days everything you ate and drank the previous day. The blood draw is free if done through Dr. Kohlmeier. You can also get your blood drawn from your physician (can cost up to $120 depending on your health care insurance) and arrange with Dr. Kohlmeier for pick-up.To participate in or to find out more about this study, contact:
