You may recall that in late 2009, we announced that we will be strictly prohibiting the use of PowerSeller logo on our listings.
With the busy Christmas season nearly upon us, please note that we will begin to enforce this policy in 2 phases. This will give you additional time to make the necessary changes:
1. From November 2010, you will receive a warning message advising that you won?t be allowed to use the PowerSeller logo or references within your listing descriptions, listing templates, About Me pages, or eBay Shop pages. PowerSellers will continue to be rewarded through the benefits of the PowerSeller programme and eBay Top-rated seller eligibility. However, the eBay Top-rated seller badge will be the only icon on the site that will inform buyers about sellers who provide great service and customer experiences on eBay.
2.? From mid-February, you won?t be able to list a product if it violates this policy.
