Katie Waissel has expressed a desire to collaborate with alternative metal rockers System of a Down. The 'Toxicity' band will headline the Saturday night of this year's Download festival at Donnington Park, but former X Factor star Waissel has now revealed that she would like to join the group on stage.
"I bought their first album recently and it really is beyond amazing," she told the Daily Star.
"I'm a massive fan and I'd love to rock out with the band at Download."
The 24-year-old singer recently admitted that she had learnt a lot from the tough reaction she received from the public and the media while participating in The X Factor.
Waissel unveiled her debut single 'The Ugly Truth' back in April, following the release of her self-titled debut album.
