You?ll find it easier to access customer support and help through a new online interface that will be launched this week. We?ve made it easier to navigate, made contact points more accessible, so you will have your questions answered quickly.?
A key development is that all customer support contact points will be accessible from 1 screen:
If you are looking for an immediate answer, ask your question in the search field, choose from one of the top 5 most frequently asked questions, or chat with Louise
Alternatively, click the ?Contact us? button to email, chat with, or telephone our customer support team
Enhancements are still being made and tested, so only some of you will see the new screens. To access the new interface, click the ?Customer support? link at the top right hand corner of your eBay screen.
